The Rubber Stamp and Paper Arts Festival is coming to Anderson!!!
Watch our web site..We will be hosting a whole lot of fun starting on Friday September 25 and running through Sunday  September 26!!!  We are sooo excited that the Anderson Civic Center is only 15-20 minutes from the Mercantile!!!
